Self-expression and flexibility go hand in hand. That's why we offer a wide range of calling plans, and we make it easy for you to switch between them with no fee for switching. Any calling plan changes that you make are typically effective with the beginning of your next bill cycle. In addition, promotional features on your existing calling plan may not be available on the new calling plan. With certain phone models, some calling plans and features may not be available. Within six months of activating your service with an Independent Cingular Wireless sales agent, you may incur additional charges or penalties for changing your calling plan. Just call us or stop by a location. We'll switch you to the new calling plan that's right for you.
helps you express yourself by providing the latest in wireless technology - both now and in the future. In fact, after you complete your initial 24 months of Wireless service, you can upgrade to a new, digital wireless phone of your choice at the current promotional phone pricing in your area. Thereafter, every 24 months, as long as you are an active Cingular customer in good standing, your eligibility automatically renews. A minimum contract extension of 12 months is required. You must trade-in your current phone, battery, and charger or pay a $20.00 processing fee. Once you are eligible, simply call or stop by a location or participating agent.
If you are a customer and you are moving from one service area to another, we can help you move your service with one call to the Relocation Team. Our program removes the hassles of transferring your wireless service by assisting you in the selection of the appropriate calling plan, features, and when necessary, new wireless phones or accessories. Your wireless account must be current in order to take advantage of this program. In some cases a phone upgrade and deposit may be necessary. We may ask you to sign a service agreement for a minimum of 12 months. Just call 1-866-999-1166 on Monday through Friday between 8 AM to 8 PM EST, and a Relocation Team member will be happy to help you.
